# What if the BTC private key is lost?

Case 1: the phone or computer now has this BTC wallet, and remember the password, you can enter the password in the wallet details to export the private key or mnemonic.

Case 2: the wallet APP has been uninstalled and the private key is not backed up. In this case, the private key cannot be retrieved.
